Each session is 60 min. 

Please note:

1. If the client does not attend a purchased meeting and did not give prior notice (at least 10 min prior), payment for that meeting will not be refunded. If prior notice was given, coach and client can arrange a substitute meeting that fits both if the client wishes to do that.

2. If the coach (i.e. A. Kaiser) does not attend a meeting for whatever reason, there are two options from which the customer can choose: a) arrange a substitute meeting with the coach at a time that fits both, coach and client; or b) have the payment refunded within 5 business days.
