Language Coaching Services Kaiser Language Coaching provides personalized coaching services, which may include online courses, personal or group coaching sessions, feedback, assessments, and guidance tailored to your specific language learning goals. These coaching services are subject to the availability of the coach, and you agree to work within the scheduled sessions and provide any required information prior to sessions.

• Scheduling & Cancellations: You are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.
• Payment: All coaching services are subject to payment according to the pricing details provided at the time of booking. Payments for one-on-one coaching or group sessions are due prior to the service being rendered, and fees are non-refundable except as outlined below.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Pricing: The pricing for coaching services and products will be clearly outlined on the Site or in any relevant communications from us. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect services already booked.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund policy for services, provided that you have not already attended a coaching session or started to watch an online course. Please contact [email protected] for refund requests.

4. User Conduct You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
